Note in the "Order Special Instructions" what style/color/add in's you would like (after adding to the cart, a (window tab will pop up on the side and the note section will be there)). Deposit of $20 (possibly NON-refundable) required up front. The rest of the total will be required before shipping (you will be asked to come back to the other "CUSTOM Resin Shelves PAYMENT" listing to pay the remaining amount).
This is a CUSTOM piece. Resin/epoxy is unpredictable and may mix/blend differently than expected.
Examples of NON-refundable: 1- asked for yellow and red, and has yellow and red, but mixed in some spots creating some orange. 2. You no longer want the product, but it has been poured (you can continue with the purchase by paying the remaining balance- if not the $20 is NOT refunded). 3- you "simply don't like how it came out" (as long as it's correct to the special instructions)
Examples of Refundable: 1- asked for pastel colors, and they came out primary. 2- You no longer want the product, and I have not poured it yet. 3- I just cannot get it to your specifications (mold is matte, but you want shiny etc.)
4-7 days to create, and an additional 3 weeks to ship. (resin/epoxy fully cures within 30 days and is best to sit flat for a few weeks before shipping). Total turnaround time approximately 4 weeks.
